Chris Sharp Cabinets have made every effort to ensure all our
products are accurately described. If for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with any item we will do our utmost to deal
with your concern in a friendly and sympathetic manner. Any item can
be returned in the original delivery condition, within 10 - 14 days
of receipt for either replacement or a full refund. We retain the
right to offer a full refund in exchange or in lieu of any items.
Our guarantee is of course in addition to your normal legal rights.
AVAILABILITY
Goods and services featured on our website are only available to
mainland UK
STANDARD POSTAGE CHARGES
Our normal delivery time for items in stock is 21-28 days.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to deliver outside the UK
mainland at this time.
PAYMENT
All website orders must be prepaid by credit/debit card. The cost of
your order will not be charged to your card until production time has been
allocated to your order. The prices shown on our website are subject
to change for reasons outside our reasonable control (e.g. changes
to VAT). Our website security is verified by Verisign.
PRICE POLICY
The correct price is that which is displayed on this website at the
time that we received your order except in the case of a mistake
where a pricing error is discovered through a data problem.
The correct price will be confirmed to you in the advice note
enclosed with your goods on delivery. If the correct price is higher
than the price displayed on the web site, you may return the goods,
free of charge, within 28 days in new condition for a full refund.
RETURNS
As stated in our Guarantee, any item can be returned in the original
delivery condition, within 10 - 14 days of receipt for full refund
or a replacement by mutual consent.
